Open-source PDF editor: free, offline, no account

BergPDF is free software under the GNU GPL v3 or later: read the source, build it yourself and share it. Everything core works offline. There is no account, no telemetry and no cloud, and optional features only talk to the network when you press a button.

• Open source under the GPL-3.0-or-later; no feature is hidden behind a paywall
• No account, no telemetry, no tracking
• Optional AI features send text only when you press a button, to the provider you chose
• Optional update notice is off until you allow it, and never downloads or installs anything
• Native app written in Rust, no browser engine or runtime to install
• Checksums for every download, and build instructions if you prefer to compile it yourself
